Café Oro Negro: Harvested 2,300 feet above sea level by the Jiménez-Mora
family at the Hacienda El Indio del Uroyán , and awarded
at the beginning of the 20th century, here in Barcelona,
as the best coffee in the world.Hand picked, at its full ripeness, Oro Negro is de-pulped,
carefully washed, and sun dried. It is stocked by
harvest, at a strictly controlled degree of humidity.
Finally, it is de-hulled, segregated by size to be roasted
to the Gold degree.The Gold degree of roasting will produce a delicious
espresso coffee with a great aftertaste. Perfect as
